Keywords: transplantation, T cells, antigen recognition, co-signaling

Research Activities

Active research projects in our laboratory include (1) defining the effector program of CD8+ T cells that potently cause acute allograft rejection and (2) understanding the phenotype and function of alloantigen-specific B cells that drive humoral alloimmunity

Summary of Research Program

We study the differentiation and function of alloantigen-specific T and B cells, with the goal of defining the key features of effector and memory programming that lead to allograft rejection.
