We are interested in the molecular mechanisms of macrophage activation by bacterial endotoxin. More specifically, we are investigating the regulation of immediate early genes in macrophages activated by endotoxin and the biological functions of gene products. We also are interested in the development of molecular assays to detect the interactions between antigen-MHC complexes and T-cell receptors.
